Hydrogen Engine Center Targets Airport Vehicles

With the success of it's recent IPO, Algona, Iowa based Hydrogen Engine Center Inc will soon be capable of manufacturing 4,000 vehicle engines a year. The unique part of these engines is an internal electronic gear that allows the engine to run on gasoline, hydrogen, ammonia, natural gas or propane at the flip of a switch. This electronic engine control system, dubbed the Oxx Boxx, will begin to be installed on engines sold to airlines and other companies that haul cargo and luggage around airports.
