Hybrid Technologies Delivers the World's First Emission Free New York City Yellow Taxi

Hybrid Technologies, Inc, emerging leaders in the development and marketing of lithium powered products worldwide, is pleased to announce that final testing of several fleet replacement all-lithium PT Cruisers is complete and Hybrid has signed off and approved delivery of the L-(lithium) PT cruiser for the City of New York.

Using the highly successful Daimler Chrysler PT Cruiser mode with Ballard Power's system motor adapted under the guidance of top engineers, Hybrid has produced what is considered a milestone within the industry, as real-world electric vehicle advocates stand up and applaud the advanced systems applied to the new 2007 L-PT Cruiser.

Media events surrounding the delivery of New York's first all-lithium Yellow Cab will take place this quarter with a wrap up at the 2007 New York International Auto Show, where the taxi is set to be on display to the millions of attendees.

Holly Roseberry, President of Hybrid Technologies, stated: "It is a great way for us to kick off the New Year as we deliver two highly important projects; the delivery of these vehicles marks a new era for Hybrid as we move from development to manufacturing to mass marketing. The City of New York Yellow Cab and the Paratransit PT Cruisers both represent major markets for Hybrid and open the door to large fleet acquisitions. We are proud to be the first corporation to deliver an all-lithium taxi in the world."
